korean body exfoliating mitt

This is a PSA! If there was ONE thing you bought for yourself this year…let it be these .97 Korean body exfoliating washcloths. I promise you, there is no better exfoliator out there. I have tried so many and I’ve never found one that works better than this.

If you’ve been to a Korean Spa you may recognize these. They use them to perform their body scrubs and it is simply amazing how much dead skin comes off during those treatments. But you can do the same thing at home in the shower.

My only tip is to make sure you have been in the shower for at least 5 minutes to allow your skin to soften. They work way better when your skin is warm and soft. Apply medium pressure and use it all over the body. There is no special technique. You might have to rub back and forth a few times in the same spot before you see any dead skin coming off but it will. And if it doesn’t, move to another area….eventually you will see it. I do this twice a week.

They are super easy to clean. You can throw them straight in the washer and dryer…you don’t have to do anything special for them. I also like to dry mine over the top of my shampoo bottle in the shower after I use it so it doesn’t sit on the sill and get gross. Some people can use these on their face and they work amazingly, but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn’t do that. They are very effective so it might be too much for your face.

I was gifted one of these years ago; honestly, it took me another year to even try it. Once I did, I didn’t look back. It is hands down the best way to soften and smooth your skin. Please trust me on this one.
