Ahhhhhh the relaxation that occurs after laying on this mat for 20 minutes is unmatched. I use this 4 or 5 nights out of the week right before I go to bed and LOVE the way it calms me down and relaxes me. If I have any tension anywhere, this gets rid of it.

This mat is not one of the super nice ones and having tried nicer brands, I do notice a difference. But this one does the trick and is very affordable so I’m happy with it!
I usually lay on it in bed, not on the ground, but you can do it anywhere you’re comfortable. Yes, it will “hurt” at first. But it’s not unbearable and the pain goes away after a few minutes when you’re body starts to get used to it. For some, you’ll get a tingly feeling and your whole body will get warm. For others, you’ll instantly relax and fall asleep (set a timer in case that happens). And for others, you’ll feel energized and ready to take on the day (for these people, maybe don’t do it before bed 😅).
If you need a little tension relief, this might be your new best friend. Don’t be afraid. It actually feels good!
