Always a fan of a good mocktail and this tart cherry lime mix is my go-to. I’ve been making it for years and still haven’t tired of it.
Tart cherry juice is said to have many health benefits including reduced inflammation, improved sleep, enhanced exercise recovery, heart health, joint health, and antioxidant support. I personally love it for the sleep factor.
Sleepy Girl Mocktail Recipe
–Tart Cherry Juice 1-2 oz
-Fresh lime juice (to preference) or this lime juice
-Splash of ginger juice (optional)
-Seltzer of choice (experiment with flavors)
-2 Cherries and a bit of juice (these are the best!)
Mix ingredients in a cute glass with some ice cubes and drink an hour before bed. Such a great way to relax and unwind and it’ll help you get that shut eye in the best way.
