I’ve used a lot of teeth whitening strips over the years starting with the OG Crest strips that came out in 2001. And man did those things make my teeth SENSITIVE. I’ve had my teeth whitened at the dentist. Sensitive! I’ve had whitening trays made and used non-bleach whitening gel for sensitive teeth…still sensitive. I’m pretty sure I’ve probably just ruined my enamel from all the different products I’ve used over the years and that’s why my teeth are so sensitive 😬.

The best way to use them is to commit to 7 days in a row and then maintain once a week thereafter. I’ll admit, I often forget to do it weekly. And as I’m writing this I’m realizing I most likely need to do another round of 7 days in a row just to get back to where I like to be. But you only have to wear them for 30 minutes so I do it after I brush my teeth at night and just set my timer for when to take them off. It helps to have dry teeth before applying them. And one thing I don’t love, they are pretty gooey when you take them off and I have to use my toothbrush to get the goo off. It’s not a big deal but that’s the one thing I would change. Otherwise, they are perfect!
