Brownies. Soft, chewy, gooey, and chunky. At least that’s how I like them to be.
These brownies have fooled many a person into thinking they’re made with just regular old flour. But alas, they are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and made with black beans. I get that that probably sounds kind of gross. But I promise you they are so good! You don’t notice that they’re made with beans. And also, don’t tell anyone and see if they realize. Most don’t.
This recipe is from 4-Hour Body Girl. I don’t know anything about her blog but I’ve been making these for years now and will continue to because I love them. They are my guiltless pleasure.
I don’t use stevia like she says…I use maple syrup. But I say use whatever sweetener you prefer.
Process the batter until it’s super smooth. Add the chocolate chips at the end. No need to measure…I just dump the whole bag in. So. Good. Eat them for breakfast because they’re “healthy.” 😅
Try these and let me know what you think!!
