LOVED this Lemon Poppyseed Cake by Half Baked Harvest. It’s made with Olive oil, honey, & almond flour (wheat as well) and the citrus glaze adds just the right amount of sweetness. Substitute dairy yogurt for this alternative if you’d like. I may have eaten 1/3 of this cake the day I made it 🤤.

Nibbling this cake in between coffee sips. Perfect start to the day. Love the texture, crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. I added green figs that I needed to use up. It’s great to have a recipe that uses both 00 and honey…both of which I have a healthy supply. Thanks for sharing!
