Pillows. The things Americans LOVE to pile up on every soft surface. I think it’s in our DNA. We can’t help it.
I bought pillows at Target last Summer when we were moving into our new space and I love the covers but the inserts have not held up over the past 6 months. Not surprising since they’re not expensive but I bought new inserts and I wish I had done this from the beginning! These pillows are a million times more comfortable now and they even look better on the couch. Down or a nice down alternative is hands down (hehe) the way to go if you want to level up your pillows. If you’re looking to do just that, these inserts from Amazon are a game changer.
TIP: MAKE SURE TO BUY YOUR INSERT 2″ BIGGER THAN THE COVER. I.E. A 20″X20″ COVER SHOULD HAVE A 22″X22″ INSERT. IT’S ALWAYS BEST TO HAVE A PILLOW INSERT LARGER THAN YOUR SHAM.
