I’ve owned quite a few diffusers and this one has been my absolute favorite. It’s on the pricier side but has held up so well over the years and I still love the classic shape and stone material it’s made of. The key to keeping a diffuser running well over time is cleaning it. You have to keep it clean otherwise it will eventually stop working. Read the manual for how to keep it in tip-top shape! If you read reviews about the diffuser not working, that’s most likely why. You have to take care of it.
