a little bit of everything

osea ocean cleansing mudd

My favorite tool for exfoliating my face and body is my hand.

As much as I love products and love to try new things, nothing is cheaper and very few things have proven to be more effective than my good old hand to keep my skin exfoliated. If you don’t know what I mean, next time you’re in the shower, once your skin is nice and warm and soft, put your hand on your chest and start rubbing your fingers back and forth in one spot…if dead skin doesn’t come off, you aren’t human lol. This works for all over the body. For my face, I use my nails to VERY gently scrape to get that dead skin. Honestly, I wish someone had told me to do this as a teenager because it is a game changer, and I don’t shower without it. That being said, THIS is an amazing tool for a quicker all-over body exfoliation.

And for my face, nothing has ever beat this Osea Mudd Cleanser. I am shook at how well this removes the tip-top layer of skin. How do I know? Because when I go to gently “scrape” my face after cleansing, nothing comes off. I mean, nothing. After 10+ years of using this method, I almost can’t believe it.

So basically, I’ll never use another cleanser again. Osea, please don’t change the formula on this one. It’s perfection. Not to mention, it tingles and smells fresh and minty and transports me straight to the spa every time I use it.
