When in Tola, Nicaragua, visit Pili’s Kitchen! This is our second time in this area of Nicaragua and it’s so beautiful. I almost forgot. We stayed here in Iguana the last time we came and Pili’s was just a quick walk down the beach. They have a great happy hour with $6 quesadillas, nachos, and buy 2 get 1 drinks. Their smoothies and fish tacos are sooooo good. There’s an area to lounge in hammocks (with the view above) and a sand volleyball court. A pool is situated between the main kitchen and the bar area where happy hour is. The surfing is good (I’m not a surfer but our friends are), the sunsets are amazing, and the food is fresh and delish. Plus it’s family friendly so there are tons of kiddos running around and playing in the pool. Such a sweet spot.
